How to make dry pudina/ mint powder in microwave
Sukha Pudina powder (/Dry Mint Powder), very commonly used to sprinkle over Chaats, Buttermilk (/Chaas), Curd, Coolers etc… Traditionally it is dried in open sunlight and it takes 2-3 days, unfortunately with this method chances of wanted dust is high. So here i bring ready in minutes, easy, neat and clean way to make it in microwave.
    Instructions
    1. Wash and pet dry mint leaves. (You may use the stems as well or just choose leaves and discard the unwanted stems)
    2. Spread them in a microwave safe plate.
    3. Microwave for 2 minutes. (At this point it will be very soggy and dark in color.)
    4. Microwave again for 30 seconds. (At this point it will start dry.)
    5. Crush them and microwave again for 1 minute (in 30-30 seconds batches) or until it is very crispy and dried completely.
    6. Now crush with hand and strain the powder.
    7. Microwave again the big pieces (If any) for another 30 seconds, crush them and strain the powder again.
    8. Discard the unwanted big stem particles and store the powder. (You may also crush completely in a grinding jar and then strain)
    9. Store in an airtight container.
