Recipe- Apple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Deep freeze chopped banana and apple for 30 minutes.
  2. Take chopped apple, banana, sugar and milk in a blender. Blend to smooth. (Add few ice cubes also if required)
  3. Transfer in serving glasses. Garnish with some nuts or chopped fruits.
  4. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
  • It is always advised to use frozen chunks of fruits you are using to make smoothie, it gives a nice texture to smoothie.
  • Here i used apple and banana, you may also use any other combination of fruits.
  • Adjust sugar (Or Honey) as per your taste and requirement or just omit it.
  • You may also use almond/soya/ coconut milk instead of fresh cow milk to make it vegan.
