Instructions
- Heat 2-3 cups of water, add tea bags or loose tea and boil for 3-4 minutes. strain and discard the tea or tea bags.
- Pour the strained tea in a large pitcher, add rest of the water, cinnamon stick and sugar. Mix well.
- Now squeeze 1 lemon and mix well.
- Thinly slice 1 apple and 1 lemon, add them to tea. and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Recipe Notes
- Adjust sugar as required and taste.
- Addition on fresh mint leaves while serving, will give a nice flavor to the drink.
- Add the ice cubes as required.
- You may also add some basil seeds before refrigerating.
- You may use any kind of loose tea or tea bag, here I used black tea.
- You may use any kind of apple, red or green, choose the one very fresh and with no strain.
- Serve it as a welcome drink to your guests and help them to refresh for a blast in party.
