Ingredients
- 1 Large Potato
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
Topping
- 1 tbsp Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp onion (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Cucumber (Chopped)
- 0.5 tbsp Olives (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Sweet corn (Blanched)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Bake the potato for 50 to 60 minutes or until cooked. (Check with a knife, it should be inserted into the center easily.)
Recipe Notes
- You may use your choice of vegetables for topping.
- You may also use chili sauce/ green chili sauce or mustard sauce as well to serve with.
- Adjust the butter as per your taste. the more butter you use, more yummy it is.
- You may also use cheese as a topping to make it cheesy spud.
- Select a big size potato.
