  1. Peel, dice and puree the beetroot to smooth.
  2. Beat curd well for no lumps.
  3. Mix well curd, beetroot puree, salt, bhuna jeera and dry mint powder.
  4. Garnish with bhuna jeera and dry mint.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • Grind the beetroot well for no lumps, you may strain once for any unwanted big piece.
  • Curd should also be beaten well or you may strain this also once to get smooth texture.
  • Add spices as per your taste and requirement.
