Ingredients
- 2 cup Gram Flour/ Besan
- 0.5 cup Semolina/ Suji
- 7-8 nos Green Chili (Roughly Chopped)
- 1 Handfull Methi/ Fenugreek Leaves (Dry/ Kasuri Methi)
- 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 2 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 0.5 pinch Turmeric Powder/ Haldi
- 2 pinch Asafoetida/ Hing
- 2 pinch Ajwain/ Carom Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 pinch Dry Mango Powder/ Aamchur
- 2 tbsp Oil
- To Fry Oil

Instructions
- Now heat sufficient oil in a kadai (Wok).
- When cooled down to room temperature store them in an air tight container.
Recipe Notes
- While making a dough add very little water at a time as this dough do not absorb too much water.
- Just add sufficient water to knead a medium soft dough.
- While frying keep the flame between medium to low.
- Fry till golden brown in color.
- You may store them in an airtight containers for weeks.
