Ingredients
- 3 Medium Potato/ Aalu (Boiled, peeled and mashed)
- 1 Cup Tomato puree (Or finely chopped tomato)
- 1 Medium Cauliflower/ Gobhi (Roughly Chopped)
- 2 Medium Carrot/ Gajar (Roughly Chopped)
- 1 Cup French Beans/ Frans Beans (Roughly Chopped)
- 2 Medium Onion/ Pyaz (Optional) (Roughly Chopped)
- 5-6 Clovea Garlic/ Lehsun (Optional)
- 2 Tbsp Butter (Or as per taste)
- 2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- To Taste Salt/ Namak
- To Taste Lemon Juice/ Nimbu ras

Recipe Notes
- You may use any vegetable of your choice.
- I used roughly chopped vegetables because later i grind them with hand blender. If you do not want to use hand blender, chop your vegetables finely and mash them later on.
- Do not boil potato with other vegetables because their boiling time and temperature is different.
- Here i used tomato puree, you may use finely chopped tomato instead.
- Use of onion and garlic is totally optional, you may completely omit it from recipe.
- Adjust spices and saltĀ as per your taste.
- If servings to kids, adjust spices as per their tolerance.
