Instructions
  1. First of all take1 cup of water, chopped carrot, gobhi, french beans, onion, garlic, pav bhaji masala and salt in a pressure cooker.
  2. Now pressure cook for 1 whistle at high and 2 whistle at low flame.
  3. Now grind them to fine using a hand blender. (Otherwise use finely choppled vegetables and mash them once boiled)
  4. Now add tomato puree, mashed potato and half cup of water. Mix well.
  5. Now cover the pressure cooker with a lid only and cook at low flame for 15 minutes.
  6. Now add butter, mix well, cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes at low flame.
  7. Switch off the flame after 5 minutes. Squeeze some lemon juice. Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves (dhaniya patti), onion rings and some butter.
  8. And Bhaji is ready to serve with pav. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • You may use any vegetable of your choice.
  • I used roughly chopped vegetables because later i grind them with hand blender. If you do not want to use hand blender, chop your vegetables finely and mash them later on.
  • Do not boil potato with other vegetables because their boiling time and temperature is different.
  • Here i used tomato puree, you may use finely chopped tomato instead.
  • Use of onion and garlic is totally optional, you may completely omit it from recipe.
  • Adjust spices and saltĀ as per your taste.
  • If servings to kids, adjust spices as per their tolerance.
