Recipe- Bombay grilled vegetable club Sandwich
An authentic Mumbai street sandwich with the goodness of lots of vegetables, cheese and butter. You have once and would not be able to stop your craving again and again.

  1. First of all keep all vegetables ready.
  2. Now choose your bread (you may take any kind of bread like white, brown, multigrain etc.) Here i am using homemade white bread.
  3. I tool two bread slices to make 1 sandwich.
  4. Spread butter on 1 slice and green chutney on other slice.
  5. Now on butter place cucumber.
  6. Some onion rings.
  7. Then sliced boiled and peeled potatos.
  8. and now thin slices of capsicum.
  9. Add salt and pepper as per your taste. And place 1 cheese slice of grated mozzarella cheese. Close the sandwich by putting chutney slice over it. (Here i did not put cheese or mozzarella because i was running out of that in lock down)
  10. Spread Butter both sides and grill it. If you do not have grill at home you may cook on both sides on tawa.
  11. Remove when done.
  12. Now your non resistible sandwich is ready to serve. If you want you may garnish it with some grated mozzarella cheese and some fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • Use your choice of bread. You can use white, brown, multigrain, any flavored bread etc. 
  • You may also use sliced tomato and some lettuce leaves.
  • Using of cheese will enhance the taste, but if you want to make this sandwich more healthier you may skip it, while not compromising with taste.
  • If you do not have grill at home you may cook on tawa or in sandwich maker also.
