Ingredients
For Marzipan (Or Almond Paste)
- 1 cup Almonds (Soaked in water for 2-3 hours)
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 1-2 tbsp Milk (Or Sugar Syrup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
For Cake Bites
- 1 small Fruit Cake Sponge (Eggless)
- Few Pieces Fresh Fruit or Dried Fruits (For Decoration)

Instructions
- First of all lets prepare Marzipan. For that peel the soaked almonds and keep aside. Now in a food processor take peeled almond, vanilla essence and icing sugar, chop to smooth paste. Now remove and add sufficient milk or sugar syrup to knead medium soft dough. Cover and Keep aside.
Recipe Notes
- You may also use ready made eggless (suitable for Vegetarian) marzipan.
- You may use any kind of sponge cake of your choice.
- You may also use any leftover spong cake.
- You may also use chocolate flavor cake for that you can also mix 1-2 tbsp choco powder to marzipan.
