Instructions
  1. First of all lets prepare whole wheat edible bowl. For that take whole wheat, salt, sugar and baking powder in a wide big bowl and mix well.
  2. Now roughly chop chilled butter into small pcs and then add this to flour and rub between palms until flour crumbly.
  3. Now gradually add milk in small batches and combine the flour. Remember just combine it do not knead it. Cover and keep refrigerated to chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile lets prepare our filling. For that drain black eye bean (lobia) and keep in a large bowl. Add chopped cucumber, green chili and all the spices like red chili powder, salt, black pepper, black salt, lemon juice. Mix all lightly and keep aside.
  5. Now preheat the oven at 180°C and lightly grease muffin or tart pan and keep aside.
  6. After around 30 minutes take the dough out from the fridge and roll it to medium thick. Pierce with fork and cut with the help of cookie cutter. Do the same with whole dough.
  7. Arrange them in each tart slot or muffin cups (pierce again if required) and bake them for 10-12 minutes and cool completely on wired rack. And store in an air tight container.
  8. When you want to serve, fill each whole wheat bowl with generous amount of filling and garnish with some coriander leaves.
  9. Serve Immediately!
