Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
- 0.25 cup Peas (Boiled)
- 0.25 cup carrot (Diced)
- 1 cup Boiled Rice (Preferably White rice)
- 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
- 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 2 pinch Salt

Instructions
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan.
- Add jeera when ghee is sufficiently hot.
- Add boiled peas when jeera starts crackling.
- Add Carrot and sprinkle 1 pinch salt.
- Cover the pan and reduce the flame to low and leave for 3-4 minutes.
Recipe Notes
- Choose any vegetables you like or available at home.
- Before choosing cheese check properly it should not have animal rennet.
