Recipe- Cheese Pulao

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan.
  2. Add jeera when ghee is sufficiently hot.
  3. Add boiled peas when jeera starts crackling.
  4. Add Carrot and sprinkle 1 pinch salt.
  5. Cover the pan and reduce the flame to low and leave for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Now add boiled rice and 1 pinch of salt, toss well.
  7. Take out in a serving bowl. Sprinkle cheese and cover the bowl for 5 minutes.
  8. Cheese will start melting with the heat of rice. Garnish with chili flakes. And Serve Hot.
Recipe Notes
  • Choose any vegetables you like or available at home.
  • Before choosing cheese check properly it should not have animal rennet.
