Ingredients

Boiled Rice
(Preferably White rice)

Mozzarella Cheese
(Grated)

Red Chili Flakes

Instructions
Heat ghee in a non stick pan.
Add jeera when ghee is sufficiently hot.
Add boiled peas when jeera starts crackling.
Add Carrot and sprinkle 1 pinch salt.
Cover the pan and reduce the flame to low and leave for 3-4 minutes.
Now add boiled rice and 1 pinch of salt, toss well.
Take out in a serving bowl. Sprinkle cheese and cover the bowl for 5 minutes.
Cheese will start melting with the heat of rice. Garnish with chili flakes. And Serve Hot.
Recipe Notes
Choose any vegetables you like or available at home.
Before choosing cheese check properly it should not have animal rennet.
