Ingredients
- 8 nos Bread Slice
- 1 Bunch Spinach/ Palak (Cleaned and washed then roughly chopped)
- 1 cup Sweet corn (Blanched)
- 2 nos Cheese Slice
- 1 tsp All Purpose Flour/ Maida
- 1 cup Milk
- 0.5 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Preferably Freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
- Now add salt and crushed black pepper, mix well. Add sweet corn and chopped spinach, mix well. Let it cook for further 6-7 minutes. When milk is thick in consistency add cheese slice and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes keeping it stir so that no lumps can form. Filling is ready, switch off the flame, cover the pan and keep aside. And let it cool down to room temperature. You can refrigerate this filling for later use as well.
- Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
- While making sauce do not over burn the maida, fry just to pink in color.
- While adding milk switch off the flame and then add and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Keep stirring at regular intervals making sure no lumps can form.
- Boil sauce up to thick consistency.
