- 1.5 cup Rice Preparations (Cooked)
- 0.5 cup Chickpea/ Choley (Boiled)
- 1 Handful Cashew/ Kaju (Broken and Fried)
- 0.5 cup Thick Curd/ Chakka Dahi (Beaten)
- 4 tablespoon Oil/ Ghee (I prefer ghee)
Whole Spices/ Khade Masala
- 7-8 nos Black Pepper/ Kali Mirch (Whole/ Sabut)
- 2 nos Clove/ Laung
- 1 small pc Cinnamon/ Dalchini
- 1 nos Cardamom/ Elaichi
- 1 small pc Mace/ Javitri
- 1 small pc Star anise/ Chakra Phool
Vegetables/ Sabzi
- 1 large onion (Sliced and Fried)
- 1 large onion (Finely Chopped)
- 2 Nos Green Chili (Finely Chopped)
- 1 inch Ginger (Finely Chopped)
Dry Spices/ Masala
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder/ Dhaniya
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder/ Lal Mirch
- To Taste Salt/ Namak
- 1 pinch Asafoetida/ Hing
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds/ Jeera

- Check the recipe to cook White Rice.
- You may also use leftover Rice or Chole to make this recipe.
- You may use the drained water from rice as a starch or it can be fed to an infant.
- Adjust salt and chili according to your taste and tolerance.
- Be careful while mixing cooked rice as it might mash, to avoid mix with light hand.
