Ingredients
- 1 Litre Milk/ Dudh
- 1 small Mango/ Aam (Chopped)
- 1 medium Apple/ Seb (Chopped)
- 2 medium Orange/ Santare (peel the white skin and use only pulp)
- 8-9 nos Almond/ Badam (Chopped)
- 2-3 nos Dates/ Khajur (Finely Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
- Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and reduce till 3/4. Or say switch off the flame when it starts thickening. Add sugar, mix well and allow to cool down.
- Chop 2 cups of mixed seasonal fruits available at home (Mango/ Apple/ Banana/ Grapes/ Orange/ Papaya/ Strawberry). Also chop few nuts (Almonds/ Walnuts/ Cashew) and few dates (Khajur). Keep aside. Keep aside.
Recipe Notes
- Adjust sugar as per your taste.
- Keep stirring the milk at regular intervals to avoid burns.
- You may use any fresh fruit/ dried fruit/ nut which are easily available to you.
- For best taste serve chilled.
- You may also add some basil seeds (Sabja/ Chia Seeds).
