Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and reduce till 3/4. Or say switch off the flame when it starts thickening. Add sugar, mix well and allow to cool down.
  2. Chop 2 cups of mixed seasonal fruits available at home (Mango/ Apple/ Banana/ Grapes/ Orange/ Papaya/ Strawberry). Also chop few nuts (Almonds/ Walnuts/ Cashew) and few dates (Khajur). Keep aside. Keep aside.
  3. Now check when milk is at room temperature, add chopped fruits and dry fruits.
  4. Mix well and refrigerate for few hours or until chill.
  5. Serve Chilled. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • Adjust sugar as per your taste.
  • Keep stirring the milk at regular intervals to avoid burns.
  • You may use any fresh fruit/ dried fruit/ nut which are easily available to you.
  • For best taste serve chilled.
  • You may also add some basil seeds (Sabja/ Chia Seeds).
