Take 2 cup aata, ghee and salt in a wide bowl. Gradually add water to knead a soft dough. Knead well keep punching and make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough in to 6 equal sized balls, cover and keep aside.
Heat tawa on high flame. And Take one ball and roll in dry flour. Flatten up to 7-8 inch diameter with the help of rolling pin (Belan).
Now brush some melted ghee all over and sprinkle some dry aata over it.
Now start folding it in layers one above one.
When done fold the paratha strip in a disc.
Roll in dry flour and flatten it again up to 3-4 inch diameter with the help of rolling pin (Belan).
Now brush melted ghee all over and fold the paratha disc in to half.
Again brush ghee on the half and folf it again making a triangle shape.
Roll it again in dry flour and flatten up to 6 inch diameter with the help of rolling pin (Belan).
Now place on a heated tawa. When its upper side looks cooked, flip it.
Apply aprox 2 tsp ghee and spread well. Flip it again. Same way fry the paratha both side until golden brown and crisp.
When done remove on plate and crush with hands.
Serve hot with Curry, Vegetable, Butter, Curd or Halwa.
