Ingredients
- 3-4 cups Pulav (Any kind of cooked leftover rice)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (Or Vegetable Oil or Ghee)
- 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 medium onion (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Green Chutney (Coriander, Mint Chutney)
- 1 pinch Salt

Recipe Notes
- You may use any kind of cooked leftover rice.
- You may also add more vegetables with onion if your already cooked rice is plain.
- Choose any vegetables easily available, just chop and stir fry with onion and the fry rice.
