Heat oil in a non stick wok or pan. Add mustard seed and let cracker. When done add chopped onion and fry till pink. Add Tomato ketchup and green chutney, toss well.
Add leftover pulav and salt toss well. Switch off the flame and cover the pan. Leave for 5 minutes.
Serve!
Recipe Notes
You may use any kind of cooked leftover rice.
You may also add more vegetables with onion if your already cooked rice is plain.
Choose any vegetables easily available, just chop and stir fry with onion and the fry rice.
