Ingredients
For Dough
- 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour/ Aata
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Water (Approx.)
For Filling
- 3 cup Cottage Cheese/ Paneer (Grated)
- 4-5 nos Green Chili (Finely Chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
- 0.5 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Dry roasted Cumin/ Bhuna Jeera
- 0.5 tsp Aamchur/ Dry Mango Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder/ Haldi
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
For Paratha
- To Fry Ghee (Shallow Fry)
- 0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour/ Aata (For rolling and dusting)

Instructions
For Dough
- Take aata and salt in a wide bowl. Gradually add water (You may not need to use full 1 cup of water or you may also need more than one cup) to make a soft dough. Knead well keep punching and make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside.
For Paratha
- Heat a tawa on high flame. Meanwhile divide the dough in to 6 equal sized balls, cover and keep aside.
Recipe Notes
- Roll in or dust dry aata while rolling paratha if feels sticky.
- If serving to kids adjust salt and chili as per their tolerance.
