Ingredients

Fresh Mango
(well ripe)

nos
Cucumber
2
Pinch
Red Chili Flakes
(Or Red chili powder)

pinch
Dry Mint Powder/ Sukha Pudina

tsp
Sugar
(or as taste)

Salt

Lemon Juice
Instructions
Wash, peel and roughly chop mango then add chili flakes, mint powder, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and keep aside.
Now take washed and wiped cucumber, chop the edges and cut lengthwise into two.
Now with the help of peeler, peel the center part of cucumber lengthwise. Do the same with whole cucumber and keep aside.
Now place generous amount of mango filling on one side of cucumber peel. Then roll it with medium pressure.
Do the same with all peels.
Now refrigerate to chill and then serve.

Recipe Notes
Clean, wash and wipe cucumber nicely as must be dry before peeling.
You may also add chopped coriander/ parselay leaves.
Adjust sugar as per the sweetness of mango.
Adjust seasoning as per taste.
