Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Roasted Chana/ Bhune chane
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts/ Bhuni Moongphali
- 2-3 nos Green Chili (Hari Mirchi) (or to taste)
- Handfull Fresh Coriander Leaves/ Dhaniya Patti
- few Curry Leaves/ Kari Patta (if available)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Raw Green Mango (or Aamchur Powder)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
- 2-3 pinch Asafoetida/ Hing
- To Taste Salt
- To Grind Water

- Adjust chili and salt to taste, to make it more spicy you may add more chili.
- If serving to kids adjust chili and salt as per their tolerance.
- Grind well to smooth texture, try not to add much water, gradually add 1-2 tbsp to grind.
- Though green mango is seasonal, you may replace it with aamchur.
- You may add curry leaves if available. it will enhance the taste. otherwise you may omit it.
