Instructions
In a mixer grinder jar take roasted peanuts, chane and green chili.
Add roughly chopped kaccha aam (if available) otherwise add aamchur powder.
Now add curry patta, dhaniya patta, salt, jeera and hing.
Now grind to smooth paste using just sufficient water.
Your chutney is ready. Enjoy it with any south indian meal of fried snacks as well.
Recipe Notes
Adjust chili and salt to taste, to make it more spicy you may add more chili.
If serving to kids adjust chili and salt as per their tolerance.
Grind well to smooth texture, try not to add much water, gradually add 1-2 tbsp to grind.
Though green mango is seasonal, you may replace it with aamchur.
You may add curry leaves if available. it will enhance the taste. otherwise you may omit it.
