Ingredients
For Quick Mawa
- 2 cups Full cream milk powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1-2 tbsp Milk
For Laddu
- 1 cup Almond Powder (Peeled and Dried)
- 0.75 cup Sugar (Powdered)
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Chopped Nuts (To Garnish)

Instructions
For Quick Mawa
- Take 2 cups of full cream milk powder in a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tbsp of ghee in it and mix well by rubbing your palms together for 4-5 minutes or until the mixture looks like bread crumbs. Now Add milk in small batches of a tsp to make a very soft dough (add little more milk if mixture is dry). Now press the dough with your fingers and spread in the bottom of bowl. Cover and microwave for 1 minute on high power. Let it cool for 2-3 minutes and grate or mash it.
Recipe Notes
- You can use any kind of dry fruit powder.
- Here i use only almond powder.
- Or take mixture of any dry fruits.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
