Ingredients

Sugar

(Almond, Cashew, Raisin, Dates) (Roughly Chopped)
Instructions
Grease one side of a plastic bag and Set it on a plate. Keep aside.
Heat sugar and water in a pan. Let it boil on high flame. When it starts boiling, reduce the flame to medium. And let it boil till thick consistency.
As soon as sugar syrup starts looking thick, add chopped nuts and mix well for another 1-2 minutes. By then mix will be more thick.
Switch off the flame and pour this mix over the greased plastic sheet and spread in a medium thick layer. Let it dry completely.
When it cools down completely and dries up well, lift it with your hand and remove plastic bag.
Break and serve. You can store this in a airtight container for weeks.
Recipe Notes
You can use your choice of nuts.
Here i used Almond, Cashew, Raisin and Dates.
You may also add grated coconut.
To remove the barfi or chikki easily use a greased plastic bag to spread the mix.
This can be stored in an airtight container for weeks.
