Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Jaggery/ Gur
- 1 tbsp Sugar (Optional)
- 1 cup Nuts (Almond, Cashew, Walnut, Raisin, Dates) (Roughly Chopped)
- 0.5 cup Water

Instructions
- Grease one side of a plastic bag (Non printed side) and keep it on a plate. Keep aside.
- When it cools down completely and dries up well, lift it with your hand and remove plastic bag.
Recipe Notes
- You can take your choice of nuts.
- Here i used Almond, Cashew, Walnut, Raisin and Dates.
- Addition of sugar gives a shiny look to chikki but if you do not want to use sugar, you may omit this from recipe.
- To remove the chikki easily use a greased (non printed side) plastic bag to spread the mix.
- This can be stored in an airtight container for weeks.
