Ingredients
Grains
- 0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour/ Gehu Aata
- 0.5 cup Corn Meal/ Makki ka aata
- 0.5 cup Semolina/ Suji
- 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
Vegetables
- 1 large carrot (Washed, peeled and grated)
- 1 small Broccoli (Washed)
- 0.5 cup Sweet corn
- 3-4 nos Green Chili (Finely chopped)
Spices
- 2 tsp Mixed herbs (Dried or fresh)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes (Or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Wet Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Curd/ Yogurt/Dahi (Thick consistency)
- 1 cup Water
- 0.5 cup Oil
Garnish
- To Drizzle Olive Oil
- 5-6 Nos Red Chili /Green chili (Finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
Servings: Muffin
Instructions
- Preheated the oven at 170°C and line or grease all muffin pans. Keep aside.
Recipe Notes
- You may use any vegetable of your choice or easily available to you.
- Spring onion also tastes good in this recipe.
- Beat curd well with water before adding to dry ingredients.
- You may also make a bread loaf of that, just increase the baking time.
- This is perfect for any party.
- Adjust the spices as per your taste and tolerance.
- If serving to kids, adjust chili as per their tolerance.
