- 1 Big Bowl Cooked White Rice
- 1 small onion (Chopped)
- 10-12 nos French Beans (Slited Diagonally)
- 1 medium Capsicum (Slited lengthwise)(Red, Green or Yellow)
- 2 inch Ginger (Slited lengthwise)
- 3-4 nos Green Chili (Slited Diagonally)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)

Recipe Notes
- You may use colorful capsicum (/Bell Peppers) to make rice more tempting.
- If you are out of colorful bell peppers, use only green capsicum.
- You may also use spring onion.
- To enhance the flavor, fry finely chop garlic with onion.
- Do not over mix just toss otherwise rice may break.
- Adjust soya sauce and vinegar as per your taste.
- Its a perfect dish to utilize leftover rice as well.
