Instructions
Wash and cut all vegetables and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan. Add ginger and green chili and fry.
Add onion and fry until soft.
Now add colorful capsicum (/bell pepper) and french beans. Fry.
Now add boiled white rice and salt, Toss well.
Add soya sauce, vinegar and crushed black pepper and toss well again.
Serve!
Recipe Notes
You may use colorful capsicum (/Bell Peppers) to make rice more tempting.
If you are out of colorful bell peppers, use only green capsicum.
You may also use spring onion.
To enhance the flavor, fry finely chop garlic with onion.
Do not over mix just toss otherwise rice may break.
Adjust soya sauce and vinegar as per your taste.
Its a perfect dish to utilize leftover rice as well.
