Ingredients
For Salad
- 1 medium Cucumber (Diced)
- 1 small carrot (Diced)
- 1 Small Capsicum (Diced)
- 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries (Or grapes/ Raisins)
- 1 cup Sprouted Moong
- 5-6 nos Lettuce Leaves (Broken to medium size pieces)
For Dressing
- 3 tbsp Thick Curd
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise (Eggless)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 0.5 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Garlic Sauce (Optional)
- 1 tsp Vinegar Seasoning (Or Mixed herb)

Instructions
- For dressing mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and keep aside.
- For salad mix all the salad ingredients in a wide big bowl. (Reserve 2 lettuce leaves for later use) Mix the dressing with salad and keep aside.
- Now in a serving bowl arrange broken lettuce leaves on the sides and fill the ready salad in the center.
Recipe Notes
- You may use the salad vegetables easily available to you.
- You may also use colorful bell peppers instead of capsicum.
- If you do not have cranberry, you may use fresh grapes or raisins too.
- Adjust the seasoning as per your taste.
- You may also use blanched carrot and capsicum.
