For Salad

(Broken to medium size pieces)
For Dressing

Instructions
For dressing mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and keep aside.
For salad mix all the salad ingredients in a wide big bowl. (Reserve 2 lettuce leaves for later use) Mix the dressing with salad and keep aside.
Now in a serving bowl arrange broken lettuce leaves on the sides and fill the ready salad in the center.
Serve.
Recipe Notes
You may use the salad vegetables easily available to you.
You may also use colorful bell peppers instead of capsicum.
If you do not have cranberry, you may use fresh grapes or raisins too.
Adjust the seasoning as per your taste.
You may also use blanched carrot and capsicum.
