- 12-15 nos Almond/ Badam
- 12-15 nos Munakka
- 8-10 nos Black Pepper/ Kali Mirch
- 2 nos` Green Cardamom/ Elaichi
- 2 tsp Saunf/ Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds/ Khus Khus/ Posat
- 1.5 Glass Milk (Chilled)
- To Taste Sugar

Recipe Notes
- You may adjust the quantity of ingredients according to your taste.
- You may also add saffron, watermelon seeds, muskmelon seeds.
- Discard the water you used to soak almond and munakka, but you may consume the water you used to soak other ingredient (Other bowl).
- Use chilled milk.
- Adjust sugar as per your taste.
- It is slightly sweeten due to munakka, so if you do not want to add extra sugar, You may also have it without sugar.
