Recipe- Homemade Fresh Thandai

Instructions
First of all keep all ingredients ready.
Now soak almond and munakka in 1 bowl. And Saunf, elaichi, khus khus, kali mirch all together in another bowl.
Soak them in sufficient water overnight or atleast 6 hours
Now after soaking for overnight. peel almond and remove seeds from munakka. Keep aside.
Now take Spice grinder.
Transfer ingredients into it.
Grind them with sugar (as per your taste) to fine paste.
Now add this paste to milk and mix well.
Pour in to glasses and serve chill.
Recipe Notes
You may adjust the quantity of ingredients according to your taste.
You may also add saffron, watermelon seeds, muskmelon seeds.
Discard the water you used to soak almond and munakka, but you may consume the water you used to soak other ingredient (Other bowl).
Use chilled milk.
Adjust sugar as per your taste.
It is slightly sweeten due to munakka, so if you do not want to add extra sugar, You may also have it without sugar.
