Ingredients
- 315 ml Warm Water
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Dry Yeast
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour/ Maida
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour/ Gehu Aata
- 0.5 cup Rice Flour/ Chawal Ka Aata
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil (Vegetable/ Sunflower Cooking oil/ Olive oil)
- 3 tbsp FlaxSeeds/ linSeeds/ Alsi
- 3 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds/ Basil Seeds/ Sabja
- For greasing Oil (Vegetable/ Sunflower Cooking oil/ Olive oil)

Instructions
- Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180°C.
- To check, take it out and tap it should sound hollow. otherwise bake it for another 4-5 minutes and check again.
Recipe Notes
- First of all check, if yeast is not bubbled, discard it. That means yeast is not good or it might be very old to use.
- Be patient while kneading the dough, as it takes time as well work hard to knead until smooth. (It might take 20-30 good minutes of kneading)
- You may also add other flavors to your bread (choice of spices or herbs while sifting maida).
- Keep the preheated oven and greased tin ready.
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature before use.
- Baking is always a hit and trial method as the baking time and temperature may vary on different weather conditions, the type of oven, the quality of maida and yeast. So don’t worry if you do no get it right in first attempt. Keep trying and surely you will be successful next time :).
- My bread took 45 minutes to be baked, your may take more or less, all depends on weather condition, type of ingredients and type of oven used, so check it after 35 minutes, otherwise bake for another 5-10 minutes.
