Ingredients
- 1 kg Sugar
- 15 gram Rose Petals (Dried or fresh, as available)
- 4 gram Citric Acid
- 2.5 gram P.M.S. (Potassium Metabisulfite)
- 1.5 tsp Rose Food Color
- 1.5 tsp Rose Essence
- 1 tsp Kewra Essence
- 0.5 kg Water

Instructions
- Take sugar, water, citric acid and rose petals in a heavy bottom pan and cook (while stirring continuously) at high flame.
- When it starts boiling, cook for another 5 minutes at high flame while stirring regularly.
- Switch off the gas and let it cool down to room temperature.
- When cooled, strain it and then mix with kewra essence, rose essence, rose food color and P.M.S. And its ready now!
- Store in an airtight bottle and mix 1-2 tbsp (as per taste) with water or milk.

- Keep stirring continuously until a boil comes, After that stir it at regular intervals for 5 minutes.
- You can choose dried or fresh rose petals whatever easily available.
- If you are using fresh rose petals, try with desi gulab as it has nicer aroma.
- While serving add sugar to your drink if required.
- Add 1-2 tablespoon (increase or decrease as per taste) of rose squash to your milk shake or water topped with ice cubes.
