Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Take sugar, water, citric acid and rose petals in a heavy bottom pan and cook (while stirring continuously) at high flame.
  2. When it starts boiling, cook for another 5 minutes at high flame while stirring regularly.
  3. Switch off the gas and let it cool down to room temperature.
  4. When cooled, strain it and then mix with kewra essence, rose essence, rose food color and P.M.S. And its ready now!
  5. Store in an airtight bottle and mix 1-2 tbsp (as per taste) with water or milk.
  6. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes 
  • Keep stirring continuously until a boil comes, After that stir it at regular intervals for 5 minutes.
  • You can choose dried or fresh rose petals whatever easily available. 
  • If you are using fresh rose petals, try with desi gulab as it has nicer aroma.
  • While serving add sugar to your drink if required.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoon (increase or decrease as per taste) of rose squash to your milk shake or water topped with ice cubes.
