  1. Separate white and green part of spring onion, chop them separately and keep aside. Also finely chop all other vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, then saute finely chopped green chili, onion, garlic and ginger.
  3. Then add whites of spring onion and saute.
  4. Now add all other vegetables and saute with salt. Cover the pan and let it cook at low flame.
  5. Meanwhile mix corn flour in 1 cup of water, making sure no lumps. Keep aside.
  6. Now check if vegetables look slightly cooked, add 3 cups of water and let it boil. Same time add corn flour mix and stir well for no lumps.
  7. when it starts boiling add greens of spring onion, black pepper and soy sauce. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  8. When done serve hot with vinegar and some soy sauce.
  9. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • You may adjust the quantity as well choice of vegetables as per availability.
  • Be careful while adding corn flour mix, keep it stir or it might result lumps.
  • Vegans can substitute butter with shortening or oil.
  • Adjust pepper soy sauce and salt as per requirement.
  • If serving to kids, its advised to avoid soy sauce also adjust seasoning as per their tolerance.
