Instructions
  1. Take paneer and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Mix well for no lumps. (The mixture can be granulated but no worries).
  2. Microwave for 1 minute on high.
  3. Take it out and mix well again. Microwave for 1 more minute on high.
  4. Take it out and mix well again. The mixture should be thick and looks like kalakand by this time. Otherwise microwave for 1 more minute on high.
  5. Spread the mix in a greased plate (preferably square shape) properly. Garnish with cardamom powder, sliced almond and pistachio. And let it cool down completely for 10-15 minutes.
  6. When its cooled completely, cut in to pieces and serve.
Recipe Notes
  • Do not microwave for more than 1 minute in one time.
  • Check after each minute of microwave and mix well.
  • Choose a bit big bowl so that the mix does not comes out while cooking in microwave.
  • Do not overcook otherwise it may result hard and chewy kalakand.
