4
cup
Milk
(Full Cream preferably)

Rice Flour/ Chawal Ka Aata

Saffron

Instructions
Mix well 2 tbsp rice flour in 1 cup milk for no lumps. Keep aside.
Heat 3 cups of milk to boil on high flame..
When a boil comes reduce the flame to low and add rice flour mix, keep stirring continuously to mix it well making sure no lumps.
Now add 1 tsp saffron ans mix. Keep stirring at regular intervals and let the milk become thick in consistency.
When milk thicken, switch off the flame add sugar. Mix well.
Pour the mix in serving bowls (preferably clay bowls). When it comes to room temperature, refrigerate to cool.
Serve chill.
Recipe Notes
Keep the milk stirring at regular intervals otherwise it may burn or stick in the bottom of pan.
Keep it stirring while adding rice flour mix making sure no lumps form.
Boil until thick consistency.
Add sugar in the last, do not cook further after adding sugar.
