Recipe- Mango Banana Smoothie
“Just blend mango and banana frozen chunks with chill milk to have perfect breakfast smoothie.”

  1. Wash and peel mango, Cut the into small cubes.
  2. Peel Banana and cut in to slices.
  3. Deep freeze mango cubes and banana slices for an hour.
  4. Now in a blending jar take frozen banana and mango, add sugar (If require) and cold milk, blend till smooth.
  5. Take a serving glass and brush few drops of smoothie on the edge of glass.
  6. Take some sugar in a wide plate and flip your glass and place over sugar so that the sugar sticks on the top edge of glass.
  7. Pour smoothie inside the glass. Garnish with some mango and banana chunks.
  8. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
  • Adjust sugar as per taste and sweetness of fruits. 
  • You may preferably no need to add extra sugar as mango and banana are natural sweetner.
  • For better tste of smoothie, always freeze diced fruits for atleast half an hour before blending. 
  • If you want real chill, while blending add some ice cubes as well.
  • If serving to kids, preferably use less chill milk.
  • You may also use almond/soya/ coconut milk instead of fresh cow milk to make it vegan.
