Recipe- Mango Yogurt

  1. Properly wash and peel mango. Chop roughly. (reserve few chopped pieces to garnish).
  2. In a blender take mango and required sugar and puree to smooth.
  3. Now drop 1-2 tbsp of mango pulp in each serving glasses or cups to form a layer in the bottom.
  4. Now blend rest of the mango pulp with thick curd. And pour in each glass over the mango pulp layer. Garnish with chopped mango chunks and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve Chill.
Recipe Notes
  • You may also drop a scoop of ice cream (any flavor of your choice) on the top the glasses and serve.
  • Do not blend too much after adding curd to the pulp.
  • Adjust sugar as per your taste and sweetness of mango.
