  1. Crush roughly clove, black pepper, cardamom seeds and saffron.
  2. Now add almonds and nutmeg powder, crush well.
  3. The masala is ready, keep it aside. (You may also refrigerate this masala for later use in an air tight container.)
  4. Now heat milk to boil. Add masala and sugar mix well. And pour this in a serving glass from height to make foam. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
  • Adjust sugar as per taste.
  • Be careful while drinking as the milk is really hot.
