Ingredients
- 250 Gm All Purpose Flour/ Maida
- 2 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Ajwain/ Carom Seeds
- 3-4 tbsp Ghee (Or oil)
- To Fry Oil

Instructions
- Now after half an hour check the dough, punch back and knead again to smooth.
- Heta oil in a wok.
- Meanwhile divide the dough in to 4-5 portions.
- When done remove on absorbent paper an dlet them cool down completely.
- When cooled store in a air tight container.
Recipe Notes
- The dough should not be too hard, it should be medium soft.
- Adjust the spices as per your taste buds.
- Be careful while deep frying.
