Instructions
  1. Take curd, sugar, mint leaves and mango slices in a blender.
  2. Blend to smooth.
  3. Transfer in each small serving cups, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving.
  4. Garnish with few fresh mint leaves and serve chill. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • Curd should be of thick consistency, you may also hang for 10-15 minutes, if your curd is not thick. 
  • Otherwise it creamy texture will not come.
  • You may garnish this dessert with honey, nuts or fruit also.
  • Adjust sugar as per taste and sweetness of mango.
