Ingredients
For stuffing
- 6-7 nos Papad
- 2 medium onion (Finely Chopped)
- 5-6 nos Green Chili (Finely Chopped)
- 2 inch Ginger (Finely Chopped)
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Dry roasted Cumin/ Bhuna Jeera
- 2 pinch Salt (Or as per taste)
- 2 pinch Black Salt (Or as per taste)
For Dough
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour/ Aata
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- To Knead Water
- To Fry Ghee (Or Oil)

Instructions
For Paratha
- Now heat a tawa and meanwhile divide the dough in to 5 equal balls.
Recipe Notes
- Roll in or dust dry aata while rolling paratha if feels sticky.
- Choose any kind of papad for various taste.
- Vegan can use shortening instead of ghee.
