Ingredients
To blanch pasta
- 1 cup Pasta
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 5-6 cup Water
Vegetables
- 1 medium onion (Sliced lengthwise)
- 1 small carrot (Sliced in thin strips)
- 0.25 cup Sweet corn
- 1 small Cucumber (Sliced in thick strips)
- 1 small Capsicum (Sliced in thin strips)
- 14-15 nos French Beans (Sliced diagonally)
- 1 meduim Broccoli flower (cut in to small florets)
Spices
- 4 tbsp Red pasta sauce (Store brought)
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 1-2 tbsp Mixed herbs (Or Oregano herb)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- To Toss Butter / Vegetable Oil

- You may take any kind of pasta.
- Choose any vegetables, easily available in your fridge. you may also use olives, baby corn, peas, cherry tomatos etc.
- You may also garnish with some sliced Jalapeno.
- Adjust the spices as per your taste and tolerance.
- If serving to kids, adjust chili as per their tolerance.
