Ingredients

(Boiled and preferably one day old)
Instructions
Wash and cut onion in bit thick lengthwise slices. And spring onion in bit thick rounds. Keep aside.
Heat ghee or oil in a non stick pan. When ghee is hot enough add onion slices and saute till pink in color.
Then add spring onion and saute on high flame.
When both onion looks cooked add rice, salt and crushed black pepper. Toss on a high flame 1-2 minutes.
Cover the pan and switch off the flame. Leave for 5-6 minutes.
Serve Hot.
Recipe Notes
If you want more spicy you may toss with diagonally sliced green chilies also.
Preferably use one day old boiled white rice.
If you want to use freshly made rice, refrigerate rice for half an hour before frying.
