Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice/ Khichdi/ Pulav (Leftover)
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs
- To Fry Oil

Instructions
- Mash to smooth any leftover rice/ pulav or even khichdi. Add the spices if required, mix well.
- In another bowl mix cornflour with little water to make a thick paste.
Recipe Notes
- Here i use lefover pongal.
- You may use any type of leftover rice dish like pulav or khichdi, just add spices as required and mash it to smooth.
- You may also add fine chopped vegetables to the mix.
- Super hit in kids when served with ketchup in lolypop form.
- You may make it colorful too by adding boiled and mashed beetroot to give nice pink color, boiled and mashed peas for green, little turmeric powder to yellow etc.
