Dry roast sesame seeds till golden brown. let it cool down.
Take milk powder in a microwave safe bowl. Add 1 tbsp of ghee in it and mix well by rubbing your palms together until the mixture looks like bread crumbs.
Now add sufficient milk in small batches of a tsp to make a very soft dough (add little more milk if mixture is dry).
Now spread the dough with your fingers in the bottom of bowl. Cover and microwave for 45 seconds on high power. Let it cool down for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile grind sesame seeds and sugar to smooth powder.
Now crumble mawa with spoon or hand and mix with sesame seed sugar powder.
