Heat 1 tbsp Olive oil in a pan, add red chili whole and green chili, fry.
Add sesame seeds and fry until golden brown in color.
Add chopped tomato and salt, mix well and fry for few seconds. Cover the pan and reduce the flame to low. Leave for 10-15 minutes or until tomato is done.
Check when tomato is cooked completely, switch off the flame and let it cooled down to room temperature.
Grind to a smooth paste.
Add olive oil and crushed black pepper and mix well.
Cool and top with some sesame seeds and olive oil. Serve with South Indian, Chines or North Indian food.
Recipe Notes
You may also add 1 tsp of vinegar, if you find tomato is sweet.
