Ingredients
- 6 Slices White Bread (You may also use brown bread)
- To Fry Ghee
For Rabri
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts

Instructions
- For rabri take milk in a non stick pan and let it boil on high flame. When it starts boiling reduce the flame to low. Add chopped nuts at this point. Now keep stirring the milk at regular interval and let it boil untill 3/4 of milk. Add sugar and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes. Keep aside. You may also refrigerate this when at room temperature.
Recipe Notes
- Do not leave in sugar syrup for long time, this will result soggy bread.
- You may keep sugar syrup and rabri ready in refrigerator 1-2 days before.
- It will help you make quick dessert, just warm sugar syrup before using it.
- For better taste use chilled rabri.
- Keep stirring rabri at regular intervals otherwise it may burn.
